Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through Scrabify, where Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR). By purchasing through Paddle, you agree that this policy governs your refund rights as set out below and that Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms also apply.
1. Digital Products & Services
Because our Services are digital in nature (lead data, software access, subscriptions), there are no “physical returns.” Refunds are governed by your statutory cancellation rights as described below.
2. Consumer Right to Cancel & Refund Window
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of the date the transaction is completed. This 14-day period begins the day after your purchase is completed.
To exercise this right, you must notify us or Paddle of your cancellation decision within the 14-day window using a clear statement (for example, via email to support@scrabify.com or Paddle’s cancellation process).
3. Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel within the 14-day:
We will reimburse all payments received from you.
The refund will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
4. Digital Products Already Accessed
Your right to cancel does not apply if you have already started downloading, streaming, or otherwise accessing digital content or software—meaning that once you begin using the digital product, the right of withdrawal may be lost.
5. Refund Eligibility Beyond 14 Days
Refunds requested after the 14-day cancellation period are not guaranteed and will be considered only at Paddle’s discretion on a case-by-case basis. This is consistent with Paddle’s refund policy.
6. Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds are provided for unused subscription periods after cancellation, unless you are within the 14-day consumer cancellation window.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancel your purchase:
- Contact support@scrabify.com with your:
- Full name
Order ID or transaction details
Date of purchase
Reason for refund (optional)
- You may also cancel/pursue your refund via Paddle’s cancellation process as provided in your invoice communications.
Refund requests will be acknowledged and processed within our standard business hours.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback without first contacting us or Paddle may result in suspension or termination of your access to Scrabify services.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date.
